@everyone **ONLY REPLY IF YOU SPEEDRUN AND SUBMIT TO SR.COM** There has been a lot of debates regarding slophops and momentum hops in general. What does count and what does not. And to be honest, there is not a good clear answer to this. There is the reality of banning hops all together, which I am against since this denies creativity, examples of things banned would be Conduit Rock bounce, Diojis LL2 rock bounce, Henchman's DU2 reset. I think that would be unfair and unfun to ban these strats. So I propose a solution, it's not a great solution, but it should work. Under SR mod discretion we would use this checklist, and as long as your strategy checks a few of these it should be allowed. 1. Uses environment 2. Doesn't use airroll 3. Doesn't chain 4. Isn't originally in a drift. 5. Provides a major directional change. Your run would not be denied if it fails a check, however I cannot say a set number of checks it would have to pass to be allowed since it would vary case by cas
